What is the Lori Purified Drops app?
Lori Purified Drops is our Android app for ordering purified drinking water in Homabay Town, Kenya. It connects homes and offices directly to our water shop: browse bottle sizes and prices, choose a refill (exchange an empty bottle) or a brand-new reusable bottle, and place an order in under a minute.
With the app you can pay by M-PESA (a secure payment prompt appears on your phone at checkout) or cash on delivery, pin your delivery location on the map, pick a delivery time slot, and track your order live from “received” to “delivered”. The app also manages your order history, payment receipts, promo-code discounts and delivery notifications. Google sign-in is used solely to create your customer account quickly and securely.

How do I pay for my water?
Two ways: M-PESA (a payment prompt appears on your phone at checkout — just enter your PIN) or cash on delivery when the rider arrives.
What's the difference between a refill and a new bottle?
A refill means you hand back an empty Lori bottle and pay only for the water — that's the cheapest option. If you don't have a bottle yet, choose "water + new bottle" and a reusable one is added to your order.
How fast is delivery?
Most orders in Homabay Town arrive the same day. You can pick your preferred time slot at checkout, including express.
Do I need to create an account?
You can sign up with email or with your Google account in a few seconds. Your details stay private — see our privacy policy.
Is the water really purified?
Yes — every bottle goes through premium filtration and UV sterilisation, then is sealed and quality-checked before delivery.
